DIRECTIONS:
Place round hole over kneecap . While holding support in place so that hole remains over knee cap, wrap middle strap under knee and attach Velcro brand strap to support.
Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach Velcro brand strap to support. While holding support remaining in place so that hole remains over knee cap, re-wrap support with varying degrees of tension until desired support and comfort are achieved.
