INDICATIONS:
Colon Cleanse is for individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet, for relief from constipation and to maintain regularity.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and allow your body to adjust. Store below 86 degrees farenheit.
WARNINGS:
CAUTION:Do not take use laxative products if you have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems. If abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting occur, seek immediate medical attention.
