INDICATIONS:
Alka-Seltzer Wake-Up Call Pain Reliever / Alertness Aid, Effervescent Tablets
For temporary relieve of headache with fatigue associated with hangover.
Also effective for minor body aches and pains alone.
For after a night out.
Each Tablet Contains: Sodium 415 mg.
For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains with fatigue or drowsiness associated with a hangover.
Also effective for headaches, body aches and pains alone.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Aspirin 500 mg in each Tablet , Caffeine 65 mg in each Tablet.
Inactive Ingredients:
Acesulfame Potassium , Anhydrous Citric Acid , Aspartame , Calcium Silicate , Dimethylpolysiloxane , Docusate Sodium , Flavor , Mannitol , Povidone , Sodium Benzoate , Sodium Bicarbonate.
DIRECTIONS:
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use for more than 2 days for hangover. Fully dissolve 2 tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking.
Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 2 Tablets every 6 hours, as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Adults 60 Years and Over:
2 Tablets every 6 hours, as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children Under 12 Years: Do not use.
Store at room temperature.
Protect from excessive heat.
WARNINGS:
Reye's Syndrome:
Children and teenagers should not use this medicine for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin.
Allergy Alert:
Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include:
hives,
facial swelling,
asthma - wheezing,
shock.
Alcohol Warning:
If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Aspirin may cause stomach bleeding.
Do not use
if you are allergic to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer. In children under 12 years of age.
Ask a doctor before use if you have
asthma,
ulcers,
bleeding problems,
stomach problems that last or come back, such as heartburn, upset stomach, or pain,
a sodium-restricted diet.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug for anticoagulation - blood thinning, gout, diabetes, arthritis.
When using this product
limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heart beat. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
if fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, consult a doctor. For occasional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away.

It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine 9 mg per tablet.
Do not use if plastic tamper-evident tab is torn or missing from the cap.
