Motherwort powder 34.00mg, hops powder 75.00mg, passiflora powder 58.00mg, lettuce aqueous powdered extract from 29.00mg, valerian dry extract from 50.00mg, thiamine hydrochloride (vit B1) Ph Eur 0.71mg, riboflavin (vit B2) Ph Eur 0.57mg, nicotinamide Ph Eur 4.49mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Acacia, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, icing sugar, iron oxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable), purified talc, shellac varnish, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate, stearic acid (vegetable), sucrose, titanium dioxide, yellow beeswax.
DIRECTIONS:
Take : Adults swallow 2 tablets twice a day with water after meals, plus 3 tablets at bedtime.
WARNINGS:
Not recommended for children.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
