O.B. Tampon Procomfort Regular With Silk Touch Cover always use the tampon with the lowest absorbency that meets your menstrual flow needs. No tampon should be left in for longer than 8 hours.FluidLock grooves for locked in protection. Absorbency all tampons are designated by absorbency. The absorbency ratings are standard amoung all manufactures so you can compare them among brands. All Super Plus Absorbency Tampons absorb the same amount (12 to 15 grams). To reduce your risk of geting menstrual TSS, select the lowest absorbency to meet your needs.
