INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients: Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg. . . . . . . . Antihistamine/Cough suppressant. Inactive Ingredients: Acetone, alcohol, FD&C Red 40, flavors, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium polystyrene, sulfonate, sorbitol, sucralose, titanium dioxide.
DIRECTIONS: Adults and Children 12 years of age and over : Allow 1 strip to dissolve on tongue every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 strips in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
WARNINGS: Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.
Ask a doctor before use if you have : Glaucoma. A breathing problem such as emphysema, asthma or chronic bronchitis. A Cough that occurs with smoking, too much phlegm (mucus) or chronic cough that lasts. Trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product Do not take more than directed. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Marked drowsiness may occur. Alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Excitability may occur, especially in children.
Stop use and ask a doctor if Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of Children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
