INGREDIENTS:

Glucose dehydrogenase 0.7U, Bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-(4-hydroximinocyclohexa-2, 5-dienylidene)-ammonium chloride 8.3ug, 2, 18-Phosphomolybdic acid 88ug, Stabilizer 0.18mg, Nonreactive substance 2.1mg.

DIRECTIONS:

• Store between +36 F (+2 C) and +86 F (+30 C).
• Do not freeze.
