Equal Spoonful is so simple to use because it measures spoon for spoon, just like sugar. Tastes just like sugar without the calories. Can be used in many of your favourite recipes. One level teaspoon of EQUAL Spoonful (8.1kJ) is equivalent in sweetness to one level teaspoon of sugar (70kJ). That is an 85% kJ saving.
