Moisturizing formula is tough on stubborn make up. Gently dissolves waterproof mascara and eye makeup. Added emollients condition skin and lashes. Fragrance free. Hypoallergenic.
INGREDIENTS:
Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Palmitate, Lanolin Oil, Butylparaben.
DIRECTIONS:
Slightly moisten a cotton ball or tissue with the remover. Gently press and hold for several seconds against your closed eyelid. Gently wipe off. Rinse eye area with water. Wait five seconds then wipe with tissue. Remove all traces of oil before reapplying fresh makeup.
