DIRECTIONS:
Expert Tips : Clean tips and push down cuticles. Using the lighter colored side (bottom), briskly buff nails side to side across the nail surface. Nails should be rid of surface imperfections and ridges evened out. Follow the same motion with the darker side to prime nails for optimum polish lay down.
