DIRECTIONS:

Individuals who consume caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects, including heart attack and stroke. This product contains 12 mg naturally-occurring synephrine and 80 mg naturally-occurring caffeine per serving (equivalent to approximately one cup of coffee).
