    Great concept, but as often, one size does not really fit allThe idea is great, the ability to use it on left or right is excellent. The velcro appears very durable... overall it appears to be a well made product. Have only used it as cold therapy. It is too big for my hands, I really need a smaller model for women or youth... I wear a 5 1/4 ring and am just small, so there are gaps between my skin and the ice packs even when I try to overlap it in a customized way... if they made this in a smaller size, I would buy a couple as I need to ice several times a day, the current size is just too large to justify my buying it again at the current price point.
