INDICATIONS:
Clinitest Reagent Tablets for urine sugar testing.- 5-drop and 2-drop instructions and color chart.
- Child-resistant cap, test for glucose in urine.
INGREDIENTS:
Copper Sulfate 1 Part; Sodium Hydroxide 12 Parts; Sodium Carbonate 4 Parts; Citric Acid Plus Filler & Binder 15 Parts.
DIRECTIONS:
To open child resistant closure, unscrew while pushing down. To close and to maintain child resistance, screw cap on tightly.
WARNINGS:
Poison: Causes Severe Burns. Not for internal use. Keep from children not instructed in use. Contains sodium hydroxide (caustic soda). Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes and clothing. Clinitest tablets are highly sensitive to moisture from air or water. Excessive moisture may cause a chemical reaction and a bottle explosion may occur. First Aid: Internal - Do not induce vomiting - drink large quantities of water or milk. Call physician immediately. External - Flood with water. Eyes - Flush with water for 15 minutes. Get prompt medical attention.
