RoC Daily Microdermabrasion Disks it works:
Crystal side: The exfoliating side has Crystalex micro-crystals that cleanse while providing a gentle microdermabrasion action to wipe away impurities and dead skin cells.
Diamond side: This conditioning side's diamond ridges contain moisturizers to leave skin feeling soft and smooth.
Finger Pocket: Allows you to guide the treatment to suit your specific skin needs -- spending more time on particularly troublesome areas.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg Pain reliever/Fever reducer.
Chlorpheniramine maleate, USP 2 mg Antihistamine.
Phenylephrine HCl, USP 5 mg Nasal decongestant.
Inactive Ingredients:
calcium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, pregelatinized starch, stearic acid .
DIRECTIONS:
Sort by removing this sleeve and setting aside to follow directions before disposing or recycling.
Open canister and remove one Cleansing Disk.
Rinse face with warm water.
Slip fingers into Finger Pocket and wet crystal side.
Massage face and neck with crystal side to cleanse and exfoliate.
Turn pad over and wet diamond conditioning side.
Smooth over face and neck to condition.
Rinse face and pat dry.
Dispose of pad in trash receptacle. (Do not flush).
For best results, use twice daily and follow with your favorite RoC moisturizer. When used in the morning, RoC recommends a daily moisturizer with SPF 15 to help protect skin from sun damage.
WARNINGS:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. When using this product, avoid getting into eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
