DIRECTIONS:
Gently line the eyes at the base of the lashes.
For more controlled lining, apply close to the upper and/or lower lash line in a sequence of small, connected dashes.
Never apply inside lash line.
Smudger Tip : Gently smudge lined eyes until desired smokey look is achieved.
Sharpener : Use the built-in sharpener for a finer tip.
