| | | |  | Great and safe packaging | | I have been having a really difficult time sleeping more than 6 hrs a night since I have had kids in 2001. The past week I have had major difficulty getting to sleep/ and or staying asleep. Not getting more than 2 hrs a night. I decided to try this and took one (which they suggest at first) between 9-9:30. I didnt get tired at all after 2 hrs, so I took another. I wear a sleep mask to help keep light out, when I figured I wasnt getting to sleep any time soon, I looked at the clock and it was 3 am. I took another pill. NOTHING!!!! I probably all together got 2 hrs of sleep! I read a little into it b-4 bed to see if I should try this or my advil pm, and so many people ranted and raved about how great it worked for them. Im not trying to discourage anyone from trying it once. Just b/c it didnt work for me, doesnt mean it wont for you!
