Per Tablet: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 60 mg, Niacin (Niacinamide) 20 mg, Pantothenic Acid 10 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.7 mg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 1.5 mg, Folic Acid 800 mcg, Biotin (d-Biotin) 300 mcg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate (Less Than 0.3 mg Magnesium Per Tablet), Silicon Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Triacetin.
DIRECTIONS:
1 tablet daily as directed by a physician as a medical food. This product is suitable for pregnant and lactating women.
WARNINGS:
Adult dosage of more than one (1) tablet daily, and any use in children under 12 years of age, should only be under the direct supervision of a physician.
