Per Tablet: Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate) 5000 IU; Vitamin C 60 mg; Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 400 IU; Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 1.5 mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1.7 mg; Niacin (as Niacinamide) 20 mg; Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 1 mg; Folic Acid 400 mcg; Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium d-Pantothenate) 1 mg; Calcium 30 mg; Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 18 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS:
