INDICATIONS:
St.Johns Wort 300 Mg Hypericin Capsules - Discover your inner spirit of tranquility with St. John's Wort, to help promote a positive mood and a healthy emotional balance. Each serving of St. John's Wort contains 300 mg of St. John's Wort extract standardized to contain 0.3% of its active ingredient, Hypericin. The standard dosage in research studies is 900 mg (3 servings daily).

Active Ingredients:
St. Johns Wort Extract 300 mg (Hypericum perforatum) (aerial) (standardized to contain 0.3% Hypericin, 0.9 mg).
Inactive Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Magnesium Silicate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dose.
