INDICATIONS:
Mega Vm-80 Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement Tablet is formulated for both men and women; delivers a synergistic blend of more than 35 active ingredients, including vitamins A, C, D and E and the important B vitamins: B-1, B-2, B-6 and B-12; comes in coated tablets for easy swallowing.
INGREDIENTS:
Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Silica, Mannitol, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose Coating, Starch.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Many minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
Adults: Do not exceed 10,000 IU of Vitamin A daily. Pregnant Women and Women of Child Bearing Age: Do not exceed 8,000 IU of Vitamin A daily, except under the advice of a physician. Everyone should limit excessive Vitamin A intake to avoid serious adverse effects.
