Active Ingredients:
Melatonin 200mcg(as n-Acetyl-5-Methoxytryptamine).
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet, only at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.
Do not exceed 3 mg in a 24 hour period.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.
Do not exceed recommended dose. consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking any medications or remedies.
Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.
