INGREDIENTS:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Soy Polysaccharide, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Contains less than 2% of Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Polyethylene Glycol (400, 6, 000 and 20, 000), Blue 2 Lake, Artificial Flavoring.
DIRECTIONS:

WARNINGS:
Tamper Evident Packaging. Tablets are sealed in blisters. Do not use if seal is cut, torn, or broken.

This is great product not only for sleep but for relaxation. My experience has been that it just relaxes you so you can easily fall asleep but you can stay up and function as well. The next morning, there is no hung-over or drugged feeling. The peaceful feeling even continues the next day. I also experienced a welcome drop in my blood pressure from 145/85 to 116/65 while taking Alluna. The package insert says that it will not react with alcohol and I like to have a cocktail before dinner sometimes --- no problem there. I told my Dr. about it and she is all for it. I have a girlfriend who takes it too and I can tell on the telephone by her voice if she is taking it or not --- she's not so hyper.....lol. | | -- Relaxed in FL, FL, United States, 5/6/2009 |
