INDICATIONS: Orajel Mouth Sore Gel Temporarily relieves pain caused by: canker sores, cold sores, fever blisters, other minor irritations or injury of the mouth and gums. INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients:Benzalkonium Chloride 0.02%; Benzocaine 20%; Zinc Chloride 0.1%. Inactive Ingredients:Allantoin; Carbomer; Edetate Disodium; Peppermint Oil; Polyethylene Glycol; Polysorbate 60; Propyl Gallate; Propylene Glycol; Purified Water; Povidone; Sodium Saccharin; Sorbic Acid; Stearyl Alcohol. DIRECTIONS: Cut open tip of tube on score mark. Adults and children 2 years and over: Apply to affected area up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children under 12 years: should be supervised in the use of this product. Children under 2 years: ask a dentist or physician. WARNINGS: Do not use: this product for more than 7 days unless told to do so by a physician; more than directed; if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine or other caine anesthetics. Stop use and ask a doctor if: sore mouth symptoms do not get better in 7 days; irritation, pain or redness does not go away or gets worse; swelling, rash or fever develops. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
