Maginex DS 1230 mg advanced magnesium supplement powder packets, lemon is specifically formulated to provide optimal levels of magnesium while minimizing side effects such as diarrhea and cramping, which have been associated with other magnesium formulations. Each Maginex DS packet contains 122 mg (10mEq) of elemental magnesium from 1230 mg of magnesium-L-aspartate hydrochloride, an advanced magnesium supplement formulation.

INGREDIENTS:

Each Maginex DS packet contains 122 mg (10mEq) of elemental magnesium from 1230 mg of magnesium-L-aspartate.

DIRECTIONS:
  • The usual adult dosage is 1 Maginex DS packet up to 3 times daily, or as directed by a health professional. It is a pleasant tasting lemon flavored powder concentrate that is mixed in juice or water.

    Unbeatable for back and leg pain or spasm or "restless legs"This is absolutely the best solution to "restless legs syndrome" Other Magnesium products are not the same and do not have the same effect. One powder packet taken at bedtime will give a much better night's sleep, if you have this or a back spasm problem.
