Calcium 600 With Vitamins A & D Liquid Softgels, By Natures Bounty containing three softgels daily provide 17% Daily Value of Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate), 45% Daily Value of Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol), and 60% Daily Value (600 mg) of Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate).
Calcium is the primary mineral responsible for strong bones. The body also uses Calcium for proper muscle contraction and nerve function. Because the body cannot produce Calcium, a balanced diet, regular exercise, healthy lifestyle choices and adequate intake of Calcium and Vitamin D can play a role in maintaining optimal bone health. DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take three (3) softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
