This quality adjustable neoprene blend Knee Support is designed to provide strength and support for stiff, weak, or injured knees. It also helps retain warmth and provide protection from further injury
DIRECTIONS:
To Wear: Lay support over knee, smooth side facing skin and with single strap to the outside of leg.
Place round hole over kneecap.
While holding support in place so that hole remains over knee cap, wrap middle strap under knee and attach Velcro brand strap to support.
Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach Velcro brand strap to support. While holding support remaining in place so that hole remains over knee cap, re-wrap support with varying degrees of tension until desired support and comfort are achieved.
WARNINGS:
- Wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water.
- Rinse well.
- Air dry.
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
