INDICATIONS:
Topper dressing sponges are multi-layer absorbent sponges covered with fabric facing, specifically designed for use on top of wounds or incisions. Help reduce pooling of fluid. Sterile.

DIRECTIONS:
To Use:
Clean around the wound site and apply topical medication per your medical professional's instructions.
Use one or more sponges to fully cover wound.
Unfold sponge once, if necessary, to aid in dressing large or irregularly shaped wounds.
Tape from center to hold sponge in place. Remove tape from skin toward center.
Change dressing per instructions. If healing does not progress within seven days or in the event of unexpected changes, consult your medical professional.
Sterility guaranteed unless individual envelope is opened or damaged.
