About IMMUNOCAL: Dr. Gustavo Bounous in conjunction with a medical team at McGill University developed a method of extracting the milk protein isolates without damaging or changing their delicate structure. Both mechanical stress and heat can break down the critical bonds that bind these delicate proteins together. Nearly all milk protein supplements on the market today use a pasteurization process that changes the shape and ultimately destroys immune function. Immunotec Research has developed a light pasteurization process that maintains the protein bond and shape, therefore preserving the GSH-enhancing properties.
