DIRECTIONS:
ADD WATER BEFORE FEEDING. MIX PROPERLY.Your child's health depends on carefully following these directions.Pour warm water into container. Add Powder to container, using enclosed scoop (see chart below). Cap container; shake for 15 to 20 seconds. Any remaining particles will dissolve in 5 to 10 minutes. 20 Cal/fl oz: 2 fl oz water, 1 (9.4 g) packed level scoop. 24 Cal/fl oz: 8 fl oz water, 5 packed level scoops. 27 Cal/fl oz: 7 fl oz water, 5 packed level scoops. 30 Cal/fl oz: 5 fl oz water, 4 packed level scoops. 1 gram of EleCare Powder displaces 0.83 mL of water. Note: EleCare may pack inconsistently.
WARNINGS:
Do not heat EleCare mixture. Never use a microwave oven to prepare or heat mixture. FOR ORAL OR TUBE FEEDING. NOT FOR PARENTERAL USE.
